The Aims and Scope of Aswan Journal of Agricultural and Biological Sciences (AJABS) are assessed and modified on an annual basis to reflect developments in the field. This means that research topics that have been deemed in scope previously may now fall outside of the scope of the journal as our scientific and technical understanding of the fields evolve and topics become less novel, original or relevant to Agricultural and Biological Sciences.
Aswan Journal of Agricultural and Biological Sciences (AJABS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original, basic, and applied research articles across all disciplines in agricultural and biological sciences and related fields.
Aswan Journal of Agricultural and Biological Sciences (AJABS) is indexed and hosted by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB), which provides wide accessibility and visibility to its published articles. Published by the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Aswan University, Egypt.
AJABS offers a platform for manuscripts in the form of original research articles, short communications, reviews, editorial letters, and case reports, all in English. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, where each manuscript is evaluated by at least two expert reviewers from inside and outside the university, including reviewers from outside Egypt, to ensure the highest standards of quality and academic integrity.

AJABS releases issues quarterly, with publications scheduled for January, April, July, and October.
